Ordering

When you complete your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at kamerabandet@gmail.com.

Delivery

3.1 Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1-3 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

If delays in delivery occur (without you being notified of a longer delivery time), please contact us at kamerabandet@gmail.com.

3.2 Unclaimed Packages

We reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred in handling unclaimed packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 170 SEK for packages that are not picked up. Shipments stay with the Postnord agent for 14 days before being returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return it as described.

Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK, and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, and pricing errors due to incorrect information.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from the website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item you ordered.

5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal:

You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at kamerabandet@gmail.com. In your message, clearly state your name, address, email, order number, and which items the return applies to.

You should immediately, and no later than within 14 days after the withdrawal notification, return the products to us.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products during return; products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation of the item's original value if the product has been used or damaged.

5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply to:

Products that are sealed (plombed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.

Products with sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products that are specifically tailored to you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service beginning without the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and Complaints

All products are inspected before they are shipped to you. If a product is still damaged or wrongly dispatched upon arrival, we will rectify the error free of charge according to current consumer protection legislation.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to Proceed with a Complaint?

Any defects should be reported to kamerabandet@gmail.com with your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to rectify the error or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product under current consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if the product is found not to be defective according to consumer protection laws. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damage that may result from the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances could include labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, reduced or missing delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product features made by respective suppliers or other factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and to update product information. Colors may differ slightly from actual product appearance due to screen settings and photo quality.
