You have up to 30 days to return your order from the moment it is delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must have contacted us within 14 days from receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
- The product must also be in its original packaging, with tags and labels still attached.
We currently do not offer free returns.
Return shipping costs 49 SEK and will be deducted from the original invoice.
We have a processing time of up to 14 business days for returns – once we have received your items, you will receive a confirmation email.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, a defect in a product must be reported within a reasonable time after it is discovered. Defects reported within two months are considered reported within a reasonable time. To file a complaint, the defect must be original, meaning a manufacturing defect.
